July 21st – 23rd in Auckland's Karioitahi Beach
Of course, no event is without its share of challenges and this event was no different. Mother Nature threw us a curveball with the Auckland floods and Cyclone Gabrielle. But my amazing team and I didn’t flinch. We worked closely with our speakers, changed schedules, moved the entire event to a new location and got creative with our solutions. We weren’t going to let a little rain (and our own home being flooded) dampen our spirits!
The Biology Reset Retreat was meticulously designed with the purpose of offering a holistic health experience to participants. It aimed to empower entrepreneurs and investors with effective strategies for well-being, stress management, and mental health support, all while allowing them to pursue their larger life goals without compromise.
The retreat sought to cultivate a deeper understanding of personal biology, emotions, and thought patterns, fostering self-awareness and resilience. Through tailored nutrition, micro-habit adoption, and optimisation of living environments, it provided attendees with the tools and insights needed to navigate life’s challenges and thrive.
Coupled with invigorating physical activities and wisdom from expert speakers, the retreat left participants not only revitalised but also armed with a clear roadmap for a healthier, more purposeful life where they could live in flow with their own epigenetic profile. Our retreat wasn’t just about sitting in the conference room enjoying the view, it was about getting out there and embracing life! We kicked off each day with invigorating yoga sessions, dared to take ice baths, and splashed around in the ocean. (Yes, in the middle of winter)
These activities weren’t just for fun; they set a positive tone for the entire retreat, inspiring everyone to embrace transformation and implement the strategies they had been taught on how to deal with stress and their inner critic.
As a foodie, the menu is one of the most important things of any retreat. I worked with the venues chef in order to create a menu that fit the holistic health theme we were going with, whilst providing tasty and nutritious options for our guests (and of course catering for all other dietary requirements as well)
As with all retreats we had some challenges to overcome, the internet dropped out, Auckland weather was its usual temperamental self, and some challenges with attendees plane hitting birds on the runway saw us having to think on our feet in order to still deliver the event at my high standards.
All three speakers said they really noticed the difference of having me as support, doing what I do best – managing everything behind the scenes so that they can excel at what they do best – transforming peoples lives.
Despite everything we had to overcome, the retreat was a resounding success and one enthusiastic attendee has since asked us to work with her to bring the retreat to Australia for her community. Of course we said yes, Melbourne, here I come!

Natalia was simply fabulous to work with and watch in action as she planned and ran the Biology Reset Retreat! No issue was unsolvable and her ability to take care of the smallest details that make a big impact was impressive. Can’t wait to work with her agin!
